11 30TH ANNIVERSARY CRIME PREVENTION GUIDE On behalf of the City of Charlottetown, I wish to congratulate the Prince Edward Island Police Association on this their 30th Annual Crime Prevention Guide. This year’s guide provides information on Cannabis Awareness. With the legalization of cannabis still in its infancy, many have questions and concerns. Knowledge is a powerful tool, through it we are provided the opportunity to learn, discuss and form opinions. The information made available in this guide will help to build upon our knowledge base and provide additional awareness.
